The dam of our next Hovawart litter will be the beautiful, healthy and obedient Zara. For the father of the litter I have chosen Hofmacher Irwin, a male with a background of solid and successful breeding. I have high expectations for this particular litter, and my wish is to get a litter full of beautiful and above all healthy dogs with temperaments suitable for various canine sports. There are already some homes waiting for a puppy from this litter, as a litter by Zara has been a plan of mine for a long time now. For one of the female puppies I will also be looking for a co-operative co-owning home that is interested in their dog on a long term basis. The litter will be born in late autumn.

The love story between Nugadogin Hengettär and the gorgeous Hayaklause Fidato will continue when Hengetär comes into season again. Further info will be available here on the website later on.

Early next year I'm planning on breeding the Hovawart bitch Nugadogin Isin Tyttö. I have a strong sense about the male I'm going to choose, but more info will be available once I have discussed the matter with the Hovawart breeding committee. :)

The next litter of Mittelspitzs will hopefully be born early next year (2012), when our incredibly successful bitch Ronja will become a mother for the first time :). I’m already scouting for a suitable male, but haven’t made any decisions yet. I’ve received a few inquiries on the litter already, and I truly hope that everything goes well!

The choices of stud dogs for our bitches are always approved by the breeding committee.

Our puppies are allowed to grow among the daily routines of a family with children, and they go to their new homes only after they've been checked and microchipped by a vet and loved and cared for by our family. In addition to this I have all the puppies puppy tested by Kaisa Hilska from Koirataito.net. The test situation is always videotaped, and the new owners of a puppy will get the video of their own puppy being tested, video material on the other puppies of the litter and the test results in writing. I will also enter the new Hovawart owners to the Finnish breed association, Suomen Hovawart Ry. Along with the puppy, the new owners will receive our extensive puppy guide and other stuff as well :-) Our 24/7 support is also included.
